This is a re-upload because the original chars from March 2021 was removed because the links were later found to be broken so I will make my second and last attempt becuase I believe in dedication.

Hi, Everyone. I am pleased to announce that I have finally opened up new HentaiCharMugen account. It took a while but here I am.

HERE SHE IS!! MY FAVORITE MUGEN CHARACTER IS HERE! Remember when I mentioned from my first upload of Yoko Littner (she's my very first upload) I mentioned that there were two characters that were my favorite; one was Yoko and the other was Dragon girl from Dra+Koi. I truly adore Dagon Girl, she's definitely number one. Heroine (Dragon Girl) make her debut in M.U.G.E.N., she's also ready to xpress her love with others;) She is coincidentally one of the most horny female, no, overall characters of M.U.G.E.N.'s char history. Maybe that's one reason whyI love her so much! Anyway's, her role in in her game series is portaying the the main heroine of the short visual novel, Dra+ Koi. Being a dragon that attacks a city, she gets knocked down by a mysterious dragon slayer snd turns herself into a human in order to recover. She soon coss paths with the hero of the story and attempts to eat him, but he fends off her and escapes homeward. The next day, she transfers into his class and declares her love for him, chases him down and forces him into a relationship with her. Being the heroine of the story, she gives off a rather silly atmosphere (most of the time) and an odd fondness for metafiction. Enjoy! In my opinion, the best char of all time.

WARNING: KEEP IN MIND THAT A FEW CHARACTERS ARE FAULTY BECAUSE MUGEN CHARS ARE COMPLICATED TO WORK WITH. DRAGON GIRL IS NOT FAULTY. Her bottom cowgirl position has a minor issue where a nano-second of a sprite is missing, but if it doesn't matter to you then enjoy. If it does cause you a problem, then you can edit this issue with Fighter Factory.
