Added a few color palettes, fixed the one sprite that would flash to the original color palette for some reason, and added some animations to make Flareon compatible with some characters such as dong hwan and some anims of TOBF - Dustnoodle 

note: if your firewall says its a virus, it is a false positive and you'll need to have your pc accept the file, dunno what i can do to fix that. My apologies.
